LAST LUNATION

Earth is watching.
Until the cameras turn off.

Operations handbook

Keep everyone breathing.

You are Alex Mercer, an American systems engineer. Choose three colleagues and complete five linked operations. The president's criminal order is part of the fictional story; your choices can expose it, obey it, or turn against it.

Move: W/S or ↑/↓. Turn Q/E or ←/→. Sidestep A/D. Space uses your improvised tools against the enemy directly ahead. F interacts with adjacent equipment, doors and the shuttle. Touch buttons provide the same controls.

Survive: every successful action takes a turn. Oxygen falls each turn; battery drains while the lamp is on. H consumes a medkit. R restores stamina, but nearby threats still act. Toggle the lamp with L; M reveals nearby corridors. Skills 1–4 use stamina, never magic. The scanner, battery items and air stations provide recovery. Fallen colleagues are unconscious, not dead; return to base for treatment.

Finish: find the brass access card, reach the mission terminal marked T, resolve its dilemma, then return to S and press F to extract. Interact with the cross-shaped medical station to revive the party once. Abort from the shuttle or use emergency retrieval anywhere for a salvage penalty. You keep your mission progress but will need to redeploy.

Base: change the crew, recover, and improve tools. Trust and evidence change the final transmission. Saves are stored locally when allowed; Export/Import in Production provides a portable backup.

Contains political betrayal, threats of nationality-based violence, unsettling imagery and industrial injury. No flashing jumpscares. Sound is enabled by default and starts on your first interaction. Use Sound off or Audio settings to adjust it.

Graphics

Early underground horror comics: sculptural inked faces, lurid rust and cold cyan, plum shadows, halftone grit. Worn pressure suits, lunar regolith, industrial tools. No fantasy equipment or guns.

Mureka music

Instrumental lunar psychological horror. 64 BPM, sub-bass pressure, detuned analog drones, sparse metallic impacts, filtered ventilation and uncertain minor seconds. Start with hopeful international broadcast warmth, strip it away into isolation. No vocals. Supply seamless exploration, danger and fragile-hope stems.

Intro video

Happy multinational ISS crew address a fictional American president in a televised feed. After the broadcast ends he requests Alex alone. The room's light cools; he reveals his order to seize helium-3 and eliminate Chinese and Russian personnel. Close on Alex watching Lin and Anya through the glass. End before the choice. Original characters, no real politicians.
